When Coffee Met Fashion

The moment I saw this travel mug by fashion designer, Charlotte Ronson on the shelf at my local Starbucks, I was hooked. I couldn't get over how lovely it was and how beautifully it combined art and style.

I believe that anything can be an accessory and that the things you purchase should be a reflection of who you are. Why carry around a boring old cup when you can have one that is a piece of art instead?

One of the most important parts of having good style is understanding that the smallest details can make a big impact on your look and your lifestyle. So, next time you are about to choose a cup, a phone cover, or even a pair of socks... think about how it makes you feel and choose something that is unequivocally you!

TSO Icon: Mandana Dayani

We often find ourselves wishing this Stylish One was our big sister.

Lawyer turned powerhouse VP of Rachel Zoe, Inc., Mandana Dayani (31) is anything but your typical businesswoman. From her fierce sense of style, to her cool sense of self, Mandana is an exceptional example for young ladies everywhere. With her husband, Peter Traugott, Mandana helped found the World Child Project (WCP), a non-profit partnership in service of orphaned and abandoned children in developing countries. She proves that girls have something to aspire to, other than becoming a reality star or pop singer... they can be an executive.

During her time on the Bravo hit, The Rachel Zoe Project, Mandana showed that she is chic, strong, and well-spoken... not always characteristics you see on reality television. She reminds us all that success has many forms and high-powered business exec is one we can all admire, and aspire to. Not to mention, she has THE best wardrobe and perfect fringe. We are always looking to her for style inspiration and would love to interview her one day.

Mandana Dayani is absolutely one of our favorite Stylish Ones.

LORDE

One of the coolest things about New Zealand singer-songwriter, Ella Yelich-O'Connor (better known as, Lorde) is that she was born in 1996. That's right, people... she's only 17!  I have been absolutely obsessed with her song "Royals" for a while now and can't wait for her debut album which is scheduled to be released on September 30.

Who are some of your new favorite artists?
